The Department of Public Health, DIU, hosted an inspiring session on the global vision of achieving Zero Rabies by 2030. The main session was led by Madhusudan Kaple, Founder of Nymat Nepal, joined by Sadik Shah from Nepal.
Our speakers energized and encouraged students to take part in the global anti-rabies movement — and we’re proud to see our students highly motivated to join the campaign.
We were also honored by the presence of Dr. Chand Resma, Country Director, Nymat Bangladesh, along with Prof. Dr. Salamat Khandaker, Professor, Department of Public Health and Md. Abu Hasnat Abdullah, Lecturer, Department of Public Health, DIU.
Looking forward to future collaborations to prevent infectious diseases, including neglected tropical diseases in Southeast Asia, and contribute to a healthier world.
