Electrical and Electronic Engineering

The Industry Advisory Panel (IAP) of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at Daffodil International University supports the department in strengthening industry relevance, curriculum improvement, practical learning, research collaboration, and graduate employability.

The panel includes experienced professionals from power, energy, electronics, semiconductor, telecommunication, automation, infrastructure, and technology sectors. Their insights help the department align academic activities with current industry needs and emerging engineering practices.

Objectives of the IAP

The Industry Advisory Panel supports the department through:

Advising the department on curriculum and syllabus review
Recommending industry-oriented course content and collaborations
Sharing perspectives on the societal and environmental impact of engineering practices
Providing feedback on Final Year Design/Capstone Project topics
Identifying industry problems for possible academic–industry collaboration
Suggesting improvements in teaching-learning practices to produce industry-ready graduates

Recent IAP Meeting

The Department of EEE arranged an Industry Advisory Panel meeting on 09 May 2026 to receive expert feedback on Final Year Design/Capstone Project topics, industry relevance of student projects, potential industry problems for academic–industry collaboration, and teaching-learning practices for producing industry-ready graduates. The meeting was accompanied by a poster presentation session where proposed capstone project topics were presented for review and feedback.
